Timothy J. Gagnier

Tim Gagnier has developed over 3 million square feet of real estate in Northern California, Nevada and Colorado. He has been responsible for all aspects of the development process including design, entitlement, financing, construction, leasing and sales. He has developed a variety of types of real estate including office, retail and industrial.

Tim has held high level positions with various local and national real estate companies as an employee and as a partner. He has managed all facets of the real estate business. He currently owns his own real estate investment and development company. As owner, he is directly involved with every aspect of the day to day operations.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from CSU Sacramento. He has a California Real Estate License, a California General Construction License and a California General Engineering License.
