Chris Courtney

Accounting Assistant to CFO

Chris performs an array of many different accounting functions for Fit Development. She assists Jim with all of the daily, monthly and annual accounting from A/P and A/R to bank reconciliations, annual budgets, annual CAM reconciliations for all of our properties, Cash Flow statements and many other tasks.

Chris also assists with tenant issues ranging from accounting to property management problems. She coordinates with vendors and tenants to solve repair issues from time to time as well as city, county and state level requirements for commercial properties.

Chris received her B.A. in Accounting from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. She comes to us with over 25 years of accounting experience dealing with many different types of companies, as well as having prior real estate experience.

Chris lives in the Sierra Foothills with her husband, their Labrador Retrievers, goats, sheep and chickens. Chris has been a breeder of Labradors since 1989 and enjoys taking them to dog shows on weekends. She is also an avid NASCAR fan and her favorite driver is Jeff Gordon #24!
