Jim Cassady

Chief Financial Officer, CPA

Jim Cassady holds a MBA from CSU Sacramento where he also received his B.S. in Accounting. He is also a Certified Public Account.

As the CFO Jim is responsible for the office operations and providing client accounting support for development projects and property management. Jim's reports are very detailed providing Fit's clients a clear understanding of their projects and real estate income and expenses.

Jim has helped Fit and their clients develop complicated budgets, financial proposals for lenders, and retail investment models.

Jim has resided in Sacramento for over thirty years and has developed numerous relationships with lenders and investors, which have benefited Fit and their clients on multiple occasions.
