Property Management Specialist

As our Property Management Specialist, Kristen inspects all grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance. She plans, schedules, and coordinates general maintenance, major repairs, and remodeling/construction projects for all of our commercial properties. She also investigates all complaints, disturbances and violations and resolves issues following management rules and regulations.

Kristen takes great pride in her work and ability to keep an open, communicative relationship with all our tenants and satisfactorily resolves any issues that arise. Kristen is personable, understanding and has exceptional people skills that keep our tenants happy and eager to maintain/renew long term leases with minimal turnover.

Kristen comes to us with an extensive background in residential property management and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.

Kristen is very adventurous and enjoys all outdoor activities. Her interests include horseback riding, skiing, hiking, camping and music to name a few. She also loves spending time with her family and friends.
